CIAA arrests suspended under secretary Rijal

KATHMANDU, Dec 31: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has arrested the then chief district officer (CDO) of Dolakha Khagendra Rijal who was suspended from the post for being involved in bribery last week.
