Incidents of thefts rising as festive season approaches

KATHMANDU, Sept 25: With the beginning of the festive season, the incidents of theft have started to increase. According to the police, there have been increasing complaints of theft in Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and other areas since the last few days. According to the Police Headquarters, the incidents of theft have started to increase mostly during the day time and also at night.

BIRGUNJ, March 24: Six theft cases took place on the same night in the same area in Birgunj on Saturday night. The thefts took place in an area in Birgunj-11 which is about 500 meters from the Ward Police Office.
