KATHMANDU, Sept 30: The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has sped up the campaign to manage street dogs in Kathmandu district.

Karachi, Aug 5: Officials have poisoned hundreds of dogs in the southern Pakistani city of Karachi in the latest effort to curb a population of strays that attack thousands of people each year in the teeming mega-city of some 20 million.

Stray leopard rescued after 3 days

LAMJUNG, Aug 1:  A leopard has been captured three days after it strayed into the district headquarters Besishahar, unleashing terror to the common people. The leopard was set free in the jungle after it was taken under control.
