TRISHULI, July 13: A technical team comprising over 15 people from the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has been working to repair damages caused by a fire to two hydropower stations based in Nuwakot district.

The government decision comes in the wake of many civil servants refusing to go to their deputations in provinces and local units.

BAJURA, Nov 13: The District Security Committee (DSC), Bajura, has listed 31 of the 70 polling stations in the district as highly sensitive. The committee headed by the chief district officer (CDO) has categorized 31 polling stations as sensitive in terms of security in view of the parliamentary and provincial assembly elections scheduled for November 26.

KATHMANDU, March 15: As a part of the ambitious plan to establish a comprehensive network of air quality monitoring stations across the country, two more air quality monitoring stations have been set up on Tuesday -  one at Ratna Park and the other at the US Embassy's recreational centre at Phora Durbar.
