Mentally challenged minor gangraped in Delhi’s Rohini, accused share WhatsApp video with victim’s parents

NEW DELHI, April 18: In another shocker, a 12-year-old mentally challenged girl was raped by her neighbour along with two of his friends in Delhi’s Rohini. The matter was highlighted after the accused had shared the rape video with parents on WhatsApp. Taking cognizance of the matter, the Delhi Police arrested the accused from their house in the national capital.
