Locals elated after road cut through cliff edge

SYANGJA, Sept 12: Hima Devi Upadhayay, 77, is happy beyond words. The local of Rapu village of Fedikhola Rural Municipality has got to see something so pleasant that she had never even dreamed of. A road track has been opened through a rocky cliff called Galem and is ready for vehicles to ply.
