Delay in lot number decision halts two-wheeler registrations

KATHMANDU, Oct 4: Delay in amendment of the Vehicle and Transport Management Rules 2054 by the cabinet has resulted in a halt to new registrations of two-wheelers in Bagmati Zone as the registration of such vehicles hit the one million mark on Tuesday.
