KATHMANDU, August 24: The Rastriya Prajatantra Party Democratic (RPP-D), an offshoot of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party, has filed application for registration with the Election Commission on Wednesday. The application comes two days after the apex court ordered the election body to register the new party.
