Let's Read! Digital Library for All

A two-day book translation event for Let's Read! Digital Library by The Asia Foundation in Kathmandu initiated from Saturday. According to the press statement released by Let’s Read! Digital Library, academicians, authors, writers, editors, librarians, teachers, volunteers, book readers and students gathered to translate more than 60 children books into the Nepali language.

KATHMANDU, Feb 21: Nepal Tarun Dal, a youth wing of the Nepali Congress, has presented a copy of the Constitution to President Bidya Devi Bhandari in a symbolic protest against her "unconstitutional move" to set aside the previous government's recommendations for appointment of National Assembly members.

Sometimes my mind thinks to ‘Read or Play’? It makes me hard, when ordered to go through one way. Both the ways are equally important to me, But only one is what my mind sees.

How amazing would it be if we could communicate through brain signals and interpret complex thoughts within? Although a farfetched idea, it actually has been made possible with the invention of β-AT (Beta Assistive Toolkit) that detects the brain waves of patients with locked-in syndrome, cerebral palsy and paralysis with impaired hearing and vision.
