RASUWA, July 10: The roadway leading to the Rasuwagadi checkpoint has been blocked by debris due to continuous rainfall and landslides in the region. The road has been blocked by landslide debris in the Syafru-Rasuwagadhi road section. The debris on the road has closed off all the movement of vehicles along the roadway since early morning.

RASUWA, July 28: The District Administration Office, Rasuwa has prohibited movement of transport trucks exceeding locad capacity of five tonnes towards Rasuwagadi. The prohibitory order was put in place from yesterday after a bridge at Ghatte River at  Gosaikunda rural municipality-2 suffered damage by landslide.

RASUWA, May 20: Defence minister Ishwor Pokhrel inaugurated Mailung-Syafrubesi road, the shortest route connecting Rasuwagadi today. Pokhrel is accompanied Rabindra Adhikari, Minister of Tourism and Civil Aviation; and Raghubir Mahaseth, Minister of Physical Infrastructure and Transportation along with 24 others.
