KATHMANDU, Nov 24: The Government of Nepal and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) signed an agreement for concessional loan amounting to Rs 13.3 billion (USD 100 million) for the implementation of programs of Public Finance Management and Strengthening Service Delivery.

Citizen engagement in PFM is to mobilize the efforts made by the people at grassroots level and channeling their limited resources responsibly.

The 22 officials from the Ministry of Finance of Nepal attended a training course on ‘Global Perspectives on Public Financial Management’ at the Institute of Government Accounts and Finance (INGAF) in New Delhi on Monday.
