KATHMANDU, Dec 15: The government has prepared development proposals under China’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).  As Nepal has consented to the BRI, preparations were underway to forward the proposals for discussions in line with the interests of both Nepal and China, said undersecretary at the Finance Ministry Yubraj Pandey.
