KABUL, April 12: The Taliban will release 20 Afghan government prisoners it was holding, a spokesman of the Islamist militant group said on Sunday, the first handover since the beginning of a peace process.
DUBAI, March 9: Iran has released approximately 70,000 prisoners because of the coronavirus outbreak in the country, Iranian judiciary chief Ebrahim Raisi said on Monday, according to Mizan, the news site of the judiciary.

For internal management of jail, jailer appoints leader and assistant leaders from among the inmates. These leaders then pick few others for assisting them, eventually forming a group. According to the inmates, the entire group has been hard on other inmates.
