Test supply of Melamchi water conducted on 532 kms pipeline

KATHMANDU, Dec 29: The test supply of water has been conducted along the 532 kilometers pipelines, out of 1,010 kilometers connectivity, developed by the Kathmandu Upatyaka Khanepani Limited Project Implementation Directorate for the distribution of water collected from the Melamchi River in Sindhupalchowk district.

KATHMANDU, April 25: A pre-feasibility study carried out by the Institute of Engineering Consultancy Services (IOECS) has estimated the cost of building seven pipelines and storage facilities at Rs 41.15 billion.
