KATHMANDU, Feb 9: African swine fever, a disease affecting pigs and wild boars, has been detected in various districts across the country.

CHITWAN, Feb 27: Over 2,800 pigs have died in the district due to African swine fever, incurring a loss of over Rs 62 million, said the Veterinary Hospital and Livestock Services Expert Centre, Bharatpur.

KAVREPALANCHOWK, August 2: African swine fever infection has been detected in pigs reared commercially in various firms in Panauti town of Kavrepalanchowk district.
