RAUTAHAT, May 27: Nepal Police has nabbed three Indian security personnel and an Indian citizen for illegally entering Nepal to arrest a Nepali entrepreneur.  They were detained while returning to India with the arrested person from Gaur’s border point in Rautahat district on Saturday.
