Health workers boycotting OPDs from today

KATHMANDU, July 19: Health workers all over the country are boycotting Out Patient Departments at all hospitals and health facilities from Thursday, to express their solidarity with the fast-unto-death staged by Dr Govinda KC, senior orthopedic surgeon and professor at the Institute of Medicine.

KATHMANDU, Sept 27: OPDs (outpatient departments) at hospitals across the country remained closed for the fifth day Tuesday, affecting thousands of patients.
