KATHMANDU, June 10: The government has set per unit cost of all its spending for goods and services, from building a classroom of a public school to the price of a medicine provided to health posts to cure tapeworm.

PARBAT, Sept 1: Farmers of Kurgha and Lamithana of Phalebas Municipality are having trouble in transporting milk to the market as the roads to the villages have been damaged in recent rains. Now they are spending the money earned from selling milk to repair the damaged roads.
