COLOMBO, April 14: Sri Lankans shared milk rice and oil cakes to celebrate their traditional new year on Thursday opposite President Gotabaya Rajapaksa’s office, where they camped out for a sixth day demanding his resignation over the worst economic crisis in memory.
"We've made all arrangements to live up to the grandeur of the Nepathya concert as is expected by the audience," quoted Kiran Krishna Shrestha of Nepalaya saying, who manages the band. "We also have a new release on the show, which will be Nepathya's New Year's gift to its admirers."

We welcome the year 2076 with hope and optimism. The year 2075 was nothing extraordinary for the country. It was rather uneventful year with the government of PM KP Sharma Oli promising bunch of things, most of which remains unfulfilled.
