KATHMANDU, July 2: Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Bishnu Prasad Poudel has instructed the officials concerned to prepare in advance for minimizing all kinds of damage caused by natural disasters. He also directed them to give high priority to rescue, relief and rehabilitation.
