JHAPA, May 18: At least 890 people die and 1,771 are injured every year in Nepal due to natural disasters, according to new data by the Asian Disaster Preparedness Centre (ADPC). The disasters affect 132,161 houses every year and destroy property equivalent to Rs 1.31 billion.
