KATHMANDU, Feb 11: NIBL Capital Markets Ltd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) of its merger with Ace Capital on Saturday. The unified company has been named NIBL Ace Capital, according to a statement issued by the company.

KATHMANDU, Nov 9: The Praja Parishad Party has merged with CPN (UML) on Thursday to strengthen democracy and materialize the dreams of martyrs and contribute towards holistic development of Nepal. A two point agreement was reached for the merger. Praja Parishad’s acting chair Govinda Prasad Dulal shared the party decided to join UML due to its nationalistic stance. The Praja Parishad was founded in 1993 BS to lead revolution against Rana regime in Nepal and consisted of many revolutionaries, including Ram Hari Sharma Nepal, Dharma Bhakta Mathema, Dashrat Chand, Tanka Prasad Acharya, Gangalal Shrestha among others.

KATHMANDU, Oct 17: Bijaya Kumar Gachchhadar-led Nepal Democratic Forum (NDF) has officially merged with the ruling Nepali Congress (NC) on Monday after the latter assured Gachchhadar of an office bearer's position and of making "appropriate adjustments" while fielding candidates for the upcoming polls.
