ILAM, July 31: Introduction of the semester system in masters' level programs by Tribhuvan University has affected student enrollment in campuses affiliated to it in the hilly districts of the eastern region. In some campuses, the number of enrollment in the masters programs has gone down to zero.

KATHMANDU, Dec 13: The semester system enforced for the first time at Master's level in Tribhuvan University (TU)-affiliated campuses of the Kathmandu Valley has not been implemented effectively due to the delay in conducting the first semester exams.

KATHMANDU, March 14: Two years after the implementation of the semester system in the central departments of Tribhuvan University (TU), the country's oldest university has directed the offices of its deans to implement the system at master's level in all its campuses in Kathmandu Valley from the coming session.
