MAKWANPUR, Oct 30: The repair and maintenance of Tribhuvan Highway, which joins the capital with Hetauda, has recently got due attention. Being the oldest highway of the country, it was in a dilapidated state and was further deteriorating after being used as an alternative route for Mugling-Narayangadh road.

KATHMANDU, Oct 1: By this time next year, the Bharatpur-Lothar section (border point of Makawanpur and Chitwan districts) of the East-West Highway will hopefully have a smoother road to move on after completion of road maintenance.

The growing trend of youths migrating abroad for foreign employment has led to a scarcity of human resources in Nepal. Contemplating the skill shortage, a group of three young entrepreneurs, Sujeet Regmi, Pukar Acharya, and Kawish Bhakta Shrestha established a digital maintenance company named Sajilo Marmat Sewa (SMS) in 2017. Currently, the company has been providing services in eight different sectors, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical appliances, computer, networking, and aluminum construction.
