KATHMANDU, July 14: Rabi Lamichhane, president of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has warned that the parliament  will be obstructed if the bill to curb loan sharking is not introduced in the next meeting.

KATHMANDU, March 28:  The government is preparing to take a decision to send the draft law related to loan-sharking to parliament. Surya Kiran Sharma, Press coordinator of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal informed Republica that the meeting of the Council of Ministers which will be held this afternoon will finalize the draft of the law and submit it to parliament.

Task Force submits report on loan sharks

KATHMANDU, Sept 13: The Task Force formed by the government to recommend measures to curb loan sharks has submitted its report to Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand.
