KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) index extended losses for a fourth consecutive session, dropping more than 11 points, or 0.98 percent, on Sunday. The first trading day of the week was marked by gradual decline of stocks throughout the day. The benchmark index closed at 1,181.66 points.

KATHMANDU, July 19: The sole equity market of the country witnessed another slow trading session on the second day of the Fiscal Year 2018/19. The benchmark Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) index came under pressure since the beginning of Wednesday's trading and remained modestly southbound throughout. The index posted a decline of 5.54 points to close at 1,198.77 points.
