Global fuel prices at 18-year low but Nepalis reap zero benefit

KATHMANDU, April 1: Price of crude oil in the international market plunged to an almost 18-year low at US $ 20 per barrel on Monday. However, Nepali consumers are bound to keep on paying the higher prices as usual, and this despite the fact the country has adopted an automatic pricing policy.
