Nepse CEO Saud resigns amid accusation of his involvement in insider trading

KATHMANDU, August 24: Chandra Singh Saud, Chief Executive Officer of Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse), resigned from his position on Tuesday, citing accusation of ‘moral hazard’ for purchasing shares of Sarbottam Cement.
CIAA asks Sebon to provide all documents related to issuance of primary shares via book building

KATHMANDU, August 1: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has asked the Securities Board of Nepal (Sebon) to provide necessary documents to investigate Sebon Chairman Bhisma Raj Dhungana’s alleged involvement in insider trading.
