RASUWA, April 30: As part of 'one home, one tap' campaign, water taps have been constructed in all houses of Syafru of Gosainkunda Rural Municipality, which was once the district headquarters of Rasuwa.
PATHARI (Morang), June 24: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Development Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar said the constitution could be implemented effectively by ensuring its broader acceptability.
The government has tabled the budget for the upcoming fiscal year 2017/18 amid positive economic outlook of the country with growth rate in the current fiscal year projected at 6.94 percent -- the highest since 1993/94. KATHMANDU, APRIL 13: Government has prepared comprehensive work plan to make the capital free from air pollution. After a lengthy discussion, the meeting of the council of ministers held on Wednesday reached an understanding to translate into action the integrated work plan proposed by Health ministry to alleviate air pollution in Kathmandu valley through proper coordination among concerned ministries.
KATHMANDU, Aug 9: The Election Commission has said that the report prepared by the Federal Commission on Boundaries should be implemented by the second week of September to hold the elections within the deadline.
