KATHMANDU, March 27: Police have seized 15 kg of hashish from the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA).

BARA, Feb 16: Police have arrested two Indian nationals along with almost 35 kilograms of hashish from Bara district.

DHANGADI, Oct 19: Three individuals have been arrested in Dhangadhi for possession of a leopard skin and hashish. Among the arrested is a police assistant constable employed at the office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers of Sudurpaschim.

KATHMANDU, Sep 8: Hong Kong authorities have recently confiscated a shipment of marijuana and hashish that was traced back to the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Nepal. The discovery was made on August 11 when narcotics were found on a Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) flight arriving in Hong Kong. While the exact quantity of the seized drugs has not been disclosed by Hong Kong police, it has raised serious concerns about airport security.

KALAILA, Oct 23: A woman was arrested by Bara police from near the no man’s land of Nepal-India border while she was transporting hashish from Nepal to India.

KATHMANDU, Dec 13: An Armed Police Force (APF) team deployed from the Armed Police Force, Nepal Highway Security Post in Adamghat has arrested a man with about 50 kg of hashish. The APF team arrested Deepak Magar, 34, of Galchi Rural Municipality-8 in Dhading district Saturday night.

REPUBLICA, Jan 19: Two youths were held with hashish from Naghdhunga on Wednesday. A team of police from the Metropolitan Police Sector, Naghdhunga, seized 1.15-kilogram of hashish from Phuwa Sherpa, 23, and Jip Tshering Sherpa, 22.

KATHMANDU, March 11: Police on Sunday morning arrested three persons on the charge of smuggling 105 kg of hashish using a wedding party bus.  Police officials from the District Police Office (DPO), Dhading found the hashish hidden under the seats of the bus (Na 5 Kha 2812) en route to Birgunj from Kathmandu, at Gajuri, at around 2 am.

BHIMDUTTANAGAR, Nov 3: Police held three people along with 3.2 kilogramms of hashish today from Attariya Bazar of Godawari Municipality -1 in Kailali.  Locals Sareshram BK, Ganesh Bhattarai and Yagya Bahadur Singh were arrested by a squad from the Narcotics Control Bureau branch office, Bhimduttangar, the Bureau said.  They have been handed to the District Police Office Kailali for further investigations into the case.
