Thousands affected at Koshi Zonal Hospital

BIRATNAGAR, April 11: Doctors unhappy with their adjustment, or appointment at health institutions in the provinces and local units have been protesting all over the country for the past three days as of Wednesday. Biratnagar’s Koshi Zonal Hospital, has also halted its Out Patient Department (OPD) services, which was partially open till Tuesday, in accordance with the ongoing protests by the government doctors.

KATHMANDU, April 5: Taking a strong exception to the civil service adjustment act, the doctors serving in government-run health institutions have started a fresh round of protests from today.
