KATHMANDU, Oct 1: Food Management and Trading Company Ltd (FMTC) has started selling mountain goats and goats for Dashain festivals.

BIRATNAGAR, Sept 10: Most of the farmers in Belbari of Morang are involved in goat farming through local cooperative organization. Each of the goat farmers have 2 to 13 goats ready to be sold for Dashain. The farmers have readied over 81,000 goats for sale.

KATHMANDU, Sept 10: Goat meat is likely to be traded at Rs 1,500 per kilogram during Dashain holidays if the government does not initiate to ease supply, say goat traders.
