Make Education Actually Free

Right to education is one of the fundamental rights of the Nepali people as enshrined in the country’s constitution. Article 31 of the Constitution of Nepal 2015 states, “Every citizen shall have the right to get compulsory and free education up to the basic level and free education up to the secondary level from the State.
