KATHMANDU, July 12: Kathmandu Metropolitan Mayor Balendra Shah (Balen) and filmmakers discussed the issue of entertainment tax, digital boards and a welfare fund on Tuesday.

The Gucci family is not pleased with the depiction of their relatives in the new film “ House of Gucci.” In a statement issued this week, they said the narrative is “anything but accurate” and that the filmmakers did not consult them at all.

KATHMANDU, Feb 18: Former Minister for  Information and Communication, Mohan Bahadur Basnet along with President of Nepal Film Development Board Nikita Paudel laid the foundaton stone for Film City to be soon built in Dolakha. The Film City, said to be built with international standards, is being constructed at 3,300 meters above the sea level in Dangdungey Danda of Dolkha.
