KATHMANDU, June 15: The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a charge sheet at the Special Court Wednesday against accountant at the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) Satyendra Narayan Singh on the charge of submitting fake credentials for job entry.
