KATHMANDU, Sept 21: The ruling coalition has concluded that President Bidya Devi Bhandari’s move to refuse to certify the Citizenship Amendment Bill is an insult to and devaluation of the federal parliament.

Aman Lal Modi, the MP of the ruling party CPN (Maoist Center) expressed his displeasure saying that even though the Indian Oil Corporation had reduced the price of petroleum products twice, Nepal Oil Corporation has not adjusted the price accordingly.
