JAJARKO: T, Feb 7: CPN (Maoist Centre) leader and former Home Minister Shakti Bahadur Basnet, has directed the concerned bodies to take action against those users' committees which do not complete their assigned works in stipulated time.

KATHMANDU, Sept 30: A funeral ceremony of former Home Minister Madhav Prasad Ghimire, who went missing along with two other family members after his jeep plunged into the Trishuli river six days ago, was performed with state honors at Pashupati Aaryaghat on Friday.

CHITWAN, Sept 27: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs Bimalendra Nidhi along with other chiefs of security agencies has reached the Ghoptebhir to take stock of the accident site of former Minister for Home Affairs Madhav Ghimire who has been missing after his jeep he was riding fell into the Trishuli river while returning home from Muktinath on Sunday.

CHITWAN, Sept 26: The search for the missing former Home Minister, Madhav Prasad Ghimire, along with his two brothers resumed this morning at Dahrechowk VDC –3, Ghoptebhir along the Prithvi Highway, where a jeep they were travelling in fell into the Trishuli river below on Sunday evening.
