KATHMANDU, July 13: The House of Representatives (HoR) has passed the country’s first Citizenship Amendment Bill, 2022. In the meeting of the HoR held on Wednesday, Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand presented Nepal’s first Citizenship Amendment Bill 2022 before the lawmakers.

KATHMANDU, July 9: The meeting of the National Assembly today passed three bills relating to the appropriation Bill, 2076 today. Financial Bill, 2076; Bill on Recovery of Debt, 2076; and Debt and Guarantee (23rd amendment), 2076 Bill, presented Finance Minister Dr Yubaraj Khatiwada, were passed unanimously by the meeting.

KATHMANDU, Sep 4: State Affairs Committee of the parliament has endorsed the two poll related bills after ruling Nepali Congress (NC) lawmakers dropping their controversial amendment proposals on Monday.
