Election deposits of nine candidates, including one from UML, confiscated in Kailali-1

TIKAPUR, Nov 30: The election deposits of nine candidates for the House of Representatives in the election held on November 20 have been confiscated in Kailali-1. According to the district election office, the deposits made by nine candidates were confiscated as per the legal provision to confiscate the security deposits of candidates who get less than 10 percent of the total valid votes.
