KATHMANDU, June 2: Nepal and India reached a slew of agreements and launched over half a dozen projects during Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal's official visit to India to deepen economic cooperation between the two countries.

Although Nepal and Bangladesh are neighboring countries, trade and economic relations between the two are negligible. We are conscious of promoting trade and economic cooperation based on equality and mutual benefit, but the reality is we have not been able to expand our bilateral trade.

It adopted the Common Program stating: “The principle of the foreign policy of the People’s Republic of China is protection of the independence, freedom, integrity of territory and sovereignty of the country, upholding of lasting international peace and friendly cooperation between the people of all countries, and opposition to the imperialist policy of aggression and war.”

KATHMANDU, Nov 6: The Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI) has asked the newly appointed ambassadors of Nepal to Australia and Spain to focus on expansion of economic cooperation and promotion of tourism.
