Nepal preparing to ban e-cigarettes

KATHMANDU, April 5: Preparations are underway to ban e-cigarettes (vape) in Nepal. Information Officer of the National Health Education, Information and Communication Center, Dr Bhakta Bahadur KC, said preparations are underway to ban e-cigarettes in Nepal.

India has become the latest country after the United States to ban the sale of e-cigarettes in a global move over health concerns about vaping. The ban also covers the production, import and advertising of e-cigarettes.
