KATHMANDU, Nov 19: An umbrella organization of kidney patients submitted a memorandum to the prime minister as well as the secretary at the Ministry of Health and Population on Monday, demanding free-of-cost peritoneal dialysis.
KATHMANDU, Dec 23: The Ministry of Health (MoH) has given permission to additional 11 hospitals to avail free dialysis service for kidney patients. The new health institutions include 10 private and one military hospital. Presently 32 hospitals across the country have been providing this free service.

KATHMANDU, July 28: Construction of Day Care Dialysis Centre supported by Ncell at Tribhuwan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH) has been completed. Issuing a statement, Ncell said that the new facility has enabled the hospital to enhance its capacity to operate health services for kidney patients.
