KATHMANDU, June 14: The Supreme Court (SC) has turned down a writ petition filed at the apex court against the government’s decision to give amnesty to murder convict Bal Krishna Dhungel.

Petitioner Tripathi expressed hope that the apex court would review the presidential pardon for Dhugel.
