JUMLA, July 4: Senior Orthopedic surgeon Dr Govinda KC, who is staging a fast-unto-death demanding medical reforms in Jumla, is being treated at Intensive Care Unit of Karnali Health Science Academy after his condition deteriorated.

JUMLA, July 2: District Administrative Office (DAO) Jumla wrote a letter to Karnali Institute of Health Sciences (KIHS) amid deteriorating health condition of Dr. Govinda KC who is staging his 15th fast-unto-death hunger strike at Jumla.
