KATHMANDU, April 9: A charging station equipped with 24 charging points built by Sajha Yatayat in Pulchowk of Lalitpur has come into operation from today. The company launched the charging station amid an event on Tuesday.

KATHMANDU, March 25: Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has awarded the contract to install 50 charging stations for electric vehicles (EVs) to Jiangsu Jingdao New Energy Co Ltd, a Chinese company.

KATHMANDU, Sept 3: The policy adopted by the government to operate electric vehicles has come into implementation as the private sector has brought the charging station for electric vehicles into operation intending to address this government policy.
