SC in India rejects CBI plea to reopen Bofors case over delay of 4,500 days

NEW DELHI, Nov 2: The Supreme Court of India has dismissed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI)'s appeal against the Delhi High Court verdict discharging all the accused including the Hinduja brothers in the Bofors case.
