Heavy rainfall inundates Kathmandu, 36 people rescued in the Valley

KATHMANDU, Aug 1: Torrential downpour on Tuesday night caused flooding in various places in the capital and also blocked highways in different parts of the country. One person died in Kathmandu while two were washed away by a flooded river in Bhojpur.
