KATHMANDU,  July 17: The Foreign Ministers of BIMSTEC member nations have discussed ways of consolidating cooperation within the regional organization.

KATHMANDU, June 6: Minister for Foreign Affairs, NP Saud, has said BIMSTEC (Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation) offers a huge market and destination for tourism as well as trade and investment opportunities within the region and beyond.

The Himalayan nation of Nepal and the Indian Ocean Island nation of Sri Lanka have a progressive multi-pronged agenda which facilitates member SAARC and BIMSTEC states to better target their collaboration with other regional economies.
