KATHMANDU, March 3: The mortal remains of Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Bharat Mohan Adhikari has been kept at the party's central office in Dhumbarahi this morning, for those wishing to pay their final tributes to the late leader.

KATHMANDU, March 3: Bharat Mohan Adhikari, a four-time finance minister who first introduced the Aafno Gaun Aafai Banau program to develop villages across the country, giving them authority to select their development projects on their own, died on Saturday night. He was 82.

Adhikari’s body will be kept at the central party office of Nepal Communist Party in Dhumbarahi from 9 am to 12 pm for condolence tomorrow, according to status posed by leader Krishna Gopal Shrestha.
