KATHMANDU, May 29: The government has announced to maintain healthy competition in the market by ending all types of syndicate, cartelling, artificial shortage and black marketing.

KATHMANDU, Aug 4: Creating an artificial shortage of sugar, traders and sugar mills are suspected to be involved in black marketeering of sugar in the domestic market.

KATHMANDU, March 7: While there has been an artificial shortage of essentials such as face masks, hand sanitizers and cooking gas cylinders, consumers can report to the government about black marketers by calling the Department of Commerce, Supply and Consumer Protection Management toll free on 1137.
